How long does an order take to arrive?

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

admin2022-11-13T17:30:40+03:00We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

And you will be responsible for the delivery fee in addition to any price difference between the items being exchanged. You may also exchange a purchased item for one that is 20% less expensive than the original price, and we will refund the difference.
